Whilst this camera looks good, modern etc that's about all the positives that I can say about it. The image is terrible, colours are either too bright, to warm or too washed out depending on minor changes in light in the room. Using this on a 4K monitor the image is shocking. Someone asked if I'd been on holiday I was so orange (and I am as white as milk!). My old Logi C590 gives a better and more stable image. And so I have gone back to the old camera and returned this.

The software that allows settings for the camera to be controlled, HP Webcam Control Center software, is not available for Mac / iOS. What a waste of time!

Absolute scam to put in the description that this product works with MacOS because it does not at all. The camera quality is red and weak, and nothing can be changed. I rang HP and doesnt like any time soon the driver will be installed.

When it comes to HP I don't instantly think "amazing optics" I think printers however I assumed they had some experience in this field what with their laptops. The build quality is fantastic but the image needed massive amounts of adjustment to even look close to good everything is blue and washed out. If you don't know what you are doing this is far from plug and play, look elsewhere. If I had paid full retail I would have returned it but as I only paid half price I have kept the item
