I’d definitely recommend the Garmin vívoactive 6 because it has the perfect balance of fitness features and smartwatch functionality. The battery lasts for days instead of needing daily charging, the GPS is very accurate for running and walking, and it tracks everything from heart rate and sleep to stress, Body Battery, and recovery. It also stores music from Spotify so I can run without my phone, and it syncs seamlessly with Strava. It’s easy to use, comfortable to wear all day, and gives me all the health insights I need without being overly complicated

Obsessed with this watch so far! Tracks your sleep, body battery and steps. Love how it tells you how active you have been throughout the day/ week. App is perfect aswell and there is no extra fees. Love!!!
