Got this for my husband for his birthday and it was really worth it. He loves it, it tracks his sleep bp amongst other things he says if his heart beats faster it warns him. He has never charged it since it came. The battery lasts forever. I wish i could afford to buy him many more garmin watches lol. The solar charge is the best too because he works outdoors. Do not hesitate go for it its so worth it
