Emporio Armani Analogt ur 'AR1926' rosa guld / sølv / hvid

So the watch looks good. But it was advertized as new but it is not. From the box it was obvious that it was not sealed, it is renewed, the tags and plastic on the band was not on the watch but instead was in the box (see picture). My concern was that it was advertized as new and not as renewed/ used
