This TV has been everything I wanted with a couple of minor glitches. Apparently, Samsung TVs have difficulty recognizing providers and will default to calling your provider “Cox”. I can place my own label on the icon but it will not show the label for my provider which happens to be Verizon. Love the art display feature and that you can import your own art. Figuring out that process was a little tricky and Samsung could make it a little more transparent.

My TV is right next to a large window and the picture is glare free. I subscribe to the art store and love changing the picture being displayed. Performance is not as expected. I have to restart my TV at least once a week by unplugging it and restarting. It’s very frustrating because the plug is not easily accessible. It’s not my internet. This is the only device we have issues with. The settings on this TV are not intuitive as I find myself looking up how to do things on the internet and even then the videos are not consistent with each version of the product.

This TV is not clear, I tried to return to exchange but the 3 weeks expired for return due to your team not b eing able to mount it. I have always had Samsung TVs, but no more. Your customer service and helping me exchange this TV was the worst of any company I have ever dealt with.

We have had to have a technician come to service our TV 3 times now for the same problem. The first time they didn't have the appropriate parts so they came back a second time. Then about 6 weeks later the same problem was happening and they had to come out again. The TV will go completely dark. The sound still works but there is no picture. This shouldn't happen with a TV that is less than a year old.
