My first Samsung Smart TV had to be repaired after only 3 years. Then it had the same issue (horizontal lines at top of screen) 2 years later. You wouldn't repair or replace it. I bought the model mentioned above 13 months ago. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to this one! So far it's fine.....good picture and resolution. The remote control is junk. It's exactly the same size all the way around which means if it's not pointing the right way, you don't get the result you want. The remote with the first TV is thicker at one end so you know you're holding it correctly but sadly, it won't work on the new TV.

Picture is horrid. I have had Samsung TVs and replaced my 8 year old Samsung 55inch with this 65” and have never been happy with the picture. The colours are either washed out or over saturated, fuzzy and without clear definition and just not good to look at. Skin tones do not look right on any setting. I have played with all of the picture settings according to the fixed I have read online to no avail. This includes all factory preset picture profiles and also expert settings. Very disappointing television, I see why they now have discontinued them and have them on runout sale at a heavily discounted price.

Still new to it!. Have had this TV for under a week. Love the size and brightness of the QLED. It sits comfortably mounted on our wall.

I bought this TV in August last year and love pretty much everything about it. Great vibrant picture that really pops out at you. I love my sport and this is the only TV that I have had that has handled fast moving action with aplomb. My only issue is that occasionally the screen goes black with sound only coming through. I turn off and back on and problem solved. Samsung are helping me with this and their attention so far to this matter leads me to believe a solution is not far away. This is my 3rd big screen Samsung TV I have purchased in a row. Thank you Samsung.
