Easy to use and very comfortable to hold does what it says

My Razer came with a bunch of hair on it already. Pretty disgusting that they didn’t even bother to clean it when someone returned it.

Battery does not last and is not user-replaceable, it basically a junk item now

I ordered a series 7000 and in the mail the warehouse Philipps does business with sent me a serious 5000 instead despite the order clearly stating a series 7000. You guys must do a proper investigation on this matter and fire the employee who processed this order and mishandled it. Are they sleeping while working? How does this happen? You better get your act straight before your business goes out to your competitors.

Not impressed with the quality of product. I’ll sort your customer service is the worst I’ve seen throughout my life. I still have an issue with the razor which I’m not using anymore because I can’t get a hold of someone to send it back to be serviced.
