We use this at work every day. Heats quickly and is very heavy-duty. Would recommend!

I bought it over two years ago,few months later suddenly it had a big crack on the lower layer, and now also suddenly had an electrical problem and not working at all...I don't recommend this product

It does NOT have a temperature controller. So some of the food will burned when you use it. For example; chicken was not cooked properly from inside while the outside is burned (black)
