Logitech G515 Lightspeed Tkl Gl German Tastatur

I bought this keyboard at Christmas 2025. For about 7 months, no issues. Then, overnight, it stopped working. It sometimes starts up, but only for 3 seconds before shutting off. I contacted customer support and sent the keyboard back on a Tuesday. No news until the following Monday, and still no package tracking. So I don't know when I'll receive a replacement. I had asked not to receive a simple replacement exchange, because I no longer trust this product. My request was not taken into account, no phone call, only an email announcing the shipment of a new keyboard. Very disappointed by the product quality and by customer support that was not very attentive. This experience will make me think twice before my next purchases. Thanks, however, to the Cormontreuil store, which did everything it could to help me.

Very pleasant keyboard that I use for office work or games. Very pleasant typing, quiet, compact. Lots of lighting features that are a bit of a gimmick but nice, and above all key programming. I recommend!

Received a week ago, so far it's lived up to my expectations. The customisation software allows you to bind the keys to your liking and give it a nice luminous visual. Very responsive keyboard.

Very good product, high quality laptop for office work, battery life of 2 and a half days.
