Great device. I want to love it because it's perfect for my business travel... But it just keeps breaking down. First the power supply was replaced under warranty. Then the keyboard. Then the pen. Now the keyboard is not working again and has been sent off for warranty. The only thing that hasn't died is the screen... But my colleague bought one too... And it died within weeks.

Beware! After only 10mths and very little use, my pristine kept MS Surface Laptop Snapdragon Elite 1TB (top spec), crashed on me and would not start. Although hardware fault verified and a 2yr warranty, a replacement was not approved and I now need to wait for a month for it to be repaired. Extremely frustratingly, and on top of that I had to pay hundreds to get my data recovered as MS wipe the HD and will not transfer. Was just about to buy 2 more of these.
