I am hoping I have given 5 stars correctly as, although I have had the overlocker for a few months, unfortunately, I have not had time to use it yet!

I have always bought Singer machines and have found over the years it has become very poor I teach people how to sew and the Singer overlocker's are terrible to thread even for me as a 50 year craft teacher. My students age from 13 -80 all decided the overlockers' are far too cumbersome to use and prefer other brands, and I agree with them whole entirely.

Its been 25 years since I last sewed so I bought myself a new overlocker. It is SO hard to thread this machine.., the tension is very difficult to get right and takes ages to sort with different fabrics. It has wasted literally hours of my time. I miss my Janome which never gave me headaches like this one...

Perfect overlocker but Spotlight sent it without any covering- so tape, writing and postal stickers all over the original box! Packaging failure.
