I wasn't sure about robot vacuums before. But decided to buy one. What a difference this made into our home cleaning routine! Two floors, two maps recorded, can clean separate floors. Saving so much time! My wife love it! Best buy ever!

Utterly wonderful! Amazing, fantastic and every other hyperbole you can think of. This is the 21st century version of a dishwasher. I love it, it's an absolute best buy, saves me so much time, gives me a toy to play with, vacuums the house. So pleased we decided to buy it. If you buy it you will not regret it. Still smiling.

Knowing this roborock was in transit to me, I put off cleaning hoping I could leave the job for this bot. So my apartment was particularly challenging for its first run. Setup was easy and no problem. I left it to charge, and went out for a cycle. I got back to find my apartment nicely cleaned. All dirt was picked up, what a pleasure! Navigation is really cleaver, the bot clearly works with a strategy, and the app shows the path it took. It did not get stuck. It had no problem transitioning between rooms, carpet and tiles, and avoided all obstacles. Build quality is good too. Is it worth it, yes.

Great piece of hardware but the smart home integration is so poor it gives me no confidence in the hoover. The alexa has two separate skills for some unbeknown reason. Neither offer anything more than on/off function and no routine integration. Which on a £500 device isn't acceptable. All this 'it knows what room its in' stuff is great. But want to say "alexa, clean the kitchen floor" then look elsewhere as its unsupported, which makes no sense as they've already done 99% of the hard work. Easily fixed software issues these and im just bewildered at the company's choice to exclude them. Such a shame.
