Oakley Mod1 Mips er en let og strømlinet ski- og snowboardhjelm med klassisk skateprofil, rettet mod kørere der ønsker enkelhed kombineret med pålidelig beskyttelse. Med 360° BOA-pasformsystemet og den magnetiske Fidlock-lukning kan pasformen hurtigt og nemt finjusteres med handsker på, mens MIPS-systemet giver ekstra tryghed ved skrå stød. Den faste ventilation og goggle-kanalen hjælper med at holde dug væk fra brillen, men kan ikke lukkes, hvilket kan føles trækfuldt på meget kolde dage. Nogle brugere oplever, at hjelmen er lidt lille i størrelsen, og at foret kan være mindre blødt mod følsom hud, men til gengæld får man lav vægt, vedligeholdelsesvenligt inderfor og en attraktiv kombination af pris, beskyttelse og stil.

I purchased this ski helmet, excited to finally try skiing with it for the first time. However, my experience quickly turned from excitement to fear due to a critical failure of this helmet during my very first use. As the picture shows, the helmet cracked almost completely through after what should have been a manageable fall. This level of damage is unacceptable for a product meant to protect your head during high-impact sports. The integrity of the helmet's material was clearly subpar, leaving me questioning its safety standards. A helmet is a crucial safety tool for skiing, and this one failed spectacularly when I needed it most. Fortunately, I wasn't seriously injured, but this incident could have ended much worse. I cannot recommend this product to anyone and strongly urge the manufacturer to reevaluate the design and materials used. Safety should never be compromised, and this product missed the mark entirely. Do not risk your well-being with this helmet!

I measured my head and the helmet fit my head perfectly. But the ear flaps stuck out too far and are not flush to my ears. They would not keep my ears warn. Returned.
