Purchased the product back last year in September for a store opening in January of 2018, one of the screens I purchased does not work, the touch aspect of the screen is not recognized by the micros controller for this screen. Unfortunately it is way past it's return date or support date. I assumed this is new and fully functional so I did not test when purchased its a significant expense and its unfortunate that I can't get a solution for something like this, I've purchased this screen multiple times before for other locations.
