The Philips 243B1JH offers a strong mixture of convenience and image quality, those after large, high-res screens or gaming features should look elsewhere.

The Philips 243B1JH is a versatile, feature-packed office monitor – but it’s expensive

Good Points: Good image quality and size for what I’m looking for. Improvement Points: Smaller stand and less space taken up on the desk.

Good Points: I can use it as a docking station and connect my laptop with just 1 cable. It's got an inbuilt camera. It's well made and looks good and the picture quality is perfectly good for my needs. Improvement Points: The packing in the box used polystyrene - lots of it (if anyone from Philip's reads this, please get greener in your use of packaging!). It had confusing energy use labels A+ with an EU flag and E with a British one. It was quite expensive.
