Although the monitor is fine, when the package was opened there were 2 leads missing !There is no way to contact Philips effectively regarding this matter.After eventually, managing to speak to a representative I was give 5 different telephone numbers.....all of which did not exist !!Although I live in the UK, I was then advised to ring the Netherlands !I declined and was then transferred back to the first person I had spoken too ! What an absolute waste of time and money !!Appalling lack of Customer Service.

The colours are crisp and there is little strain on the eyes. Sound is adequate but could be better for gaming and music.

Very reasonably priced and easy to install monitor. Does exactly what it should - displays contents of my laptop on a bigger screen perfectly.
