I bought this monitor for work, and its ultrawide screen made multitasking with two side-by-side windows so much easier. It worked great for six months—until a recent macOS update. Now, it consistently displays a "No Signal" message and won't connect to my MacBook at all. I can't fault the LG support team; the representative I spoke with was very helpful, and they sent regular follow-ups to check in. However, the issue lies with the product itself. LG hasn't released software or firmware updates to make this model compatible with the latest macOS, and their existing software doesn't fix the problem. Since the monitor is no longer usable with my setup, I now only want to get a it returned and refund so I can buy a replacement that works.

all good, but I'm missing a more adjustable neck for the screen, height and angle of visual isn't perfect.
