Eufy Omni C20 har kraftig sugeevne og et fuldautomatisk station, der gør rengøring næsten vedligeholdelsesfri. Det slanke design gør det nemt at rengøre under møbler, og appen er let at bruge. Moppefunktionen klarer daglige pletter godt, men hårde pletter kan være svære. Manglende forhindringsdetektion betyder, at robotten kan sidde fast på kabler eller småting. Tæpper og dyrehår rengøres kun gennemsnitligt, og moppefunktionen kræver stationen for vand. Støvbeholderen er lille, og der kræves regelmæssig udskiftning af dele. Til hjem med mange forhindringer eller kæledyr findes bedre alternativer, men til glatte gulve og lidt rod er det et brugervenligt valg.

The eufy Omni C20 handles a multi-surface household reasonably. While it's great at picking up debris from bare floors, it's only okay at cleaning carpets and merely passable at picking up pet hair. Its obstacle handling is also pretty poor; it has difficulty maneuvering around common household obstacles like power cords. The multifunction station handles emptying the dustbin and wetting the mop pads—the robot vacuum is highly dependent on the station since it doesn't have its own mopping water tank, and its internal dustbin is very small. Since this vacuum can't wet the mop pads when it's away from the dock, it can only work in a limited fashion on stains, resulting in inadequate stain removal performance.
