45 °C at idle with Noctua NH-D15 G2 in a closed fractal define 7. On medium-plus workloads, it tops out at 65°C-70°C on my setup. For AMD, these temperatures are perfectly normal. It does the job and shows its power when needed! For office work, it is underused and puts some cores to sleep, but when I give it large datasets for my neural networks, it's a monster!!!! Needs testing in games (I only play very occasionally), but with AMD, there are better options in the X3D range for gaming. Honestly, I recommend it if you want a processor geared towards multitasking without going for the 9950X with its higher 170W TDP... Worth noting: it regularly handles small workloads with Windows 11 that will make your fans sing with the default settings. A small adjustment to the fan curve and the tolerance in the BIOS solves the problem.
