I bought this printer 8 yrs ago and it's been the most hassle free printer I've ever owned. I have no connectivity issues and prints quickly no problems through wireless. It's a home printer so not huge volume, but toner cartridges still 1/2 full after 8 years. I would have replaced 3 ink jet printers that dry up normally in this time frame so happy with this color laser. Nothing but praise for this printer. I was an IT Manager so used to support a lot of printers. The only thing I should bring up is the cost of toner. About the same as the cost of the printer so not sure if I'll try an off brand when the time comes. Or wait for a special sale.

Love this printer. Replaced an old 8250cn which was a great machine for the last 15 years. Plug it in and let it work! Good price and excellent quality

It was very easy to set up and get going for multiple computers. On Windows 10 or 11 you don't even need any special programs, Windows automatically installed the correct drivers. One thing you might not realize is that it's heavy and you will need 2 people or a hand truck, I thought I could carry it myself and nearly pulled my back out. As soon as I connected to the Wi-Fi, it was already telling me about firmware updates. If you need a quality printer, this is it!!

I am a DIYer to the core, and having a high-quality color laser is essential. I hate sending my designs out to a print shop when I can reasonably do them at home on demand. I use this printer to print marketing materials, reports, report covers, and various sizes of labels. I also have a professional cutter, laminator, and coil binder so I can do most things one-off customized for the client (door hangers, postcards, flyers, letters, brochures, etc.). It is also much faster than the older HP Color Laserjet this printer replaced, and does great with duplex printing. I definitely recommend it!

Upon unpacking the new printer, we noticed that this printer had been set up before. It was not in it's original wrapper, and there were leftover parts from opening cartridges.
