Disliked fact that printer didn't work. We were advised to return it as defective and did so. Company charged us entire cost of printer as "restocking fee" $599!!!!!

This was a nightmare to set up, it took three times to keep changing things to get it set up

You get what you pay for, and this printer is what I need I recommended

Although I ordered the wirelsss HP M507dn, the printer sent to me was the HP M507 without wireless capability. Since I also purcased Staples tech support, I tried calling them and got disconnected twice. I had to have Geek Squad meet me at my office to assist with CABLE connection when they confirmed that the printer that you sent was not wireless as ordered.

The HP 507 dn printer staples advertised as wireless is not wireless. I paid extra for this feature and didn’t get it. Very disappointed
