This printer works great. I use it for tattoo stenciling and it prints out quality images perfectly from my computer, ipad, or phone. It occasionally jams with the tracing paper I use, but that is more of a thin paper issue than with the actual printer and is very simple to clear when it happens.

I bought a new item and I was sent a used printer with ink still inside. Also I wasn’t allow to add pix in this review

The printer wouldn’t print wirelessly. Support phone number would not ring. Support via Internet unhelpful blaming problem on 3rd party software/hardware. No help offered other than arms in the air! Printer is very cheaply made and very flimsy. Don’t buy this one!

I love this printer! After two years I'm sold on the ecotank ink. I wish I could now find this same printer with color ink. I don't need scanner etc. This is just a printer. I was so fed up with home printers, I was going to the print shop. Then I bought this printer. It's one of the best purchases I've made. I highly recommend it! I couldn't be happier.

I worked all day, tried different cables and hubs and everything else. I could not connect using a USB cable, and I could not connect wirelessly. The only way I can get this printer to work is on ethernet cable. Once you spend the day trying to get USB and wireless working with the installation program, the driver is installed. Then you can connect the RJ-45 and install from the Windows Printer old school method. Not a great deal considering the price and 2/3 of the connection methods are inoperative.
