The battery pack doesn’t work - it won’t charge. I’ve tried two of them and neither works properly. I contacted support, but the experience was awful. I was repeatedly asked if I’d tried a different cable (I had), and then passed from one department to another with no real help. After the first battery pack failed, I spent nearly three hours speaking to five different people, only to be told there was nothing they could do. They eventually offered me the “favour” of buying a replacement for £1. I bought it, tried to charge it immediately, and unsurprisingly it also doesn’t work. Save your money and buy a different battery pack

This just doesn’t work it doesn’t hold a charge. And samsung support has been abysmal. Passing me around the houses. UK warranty law covers this product but they don’t seem to agree because they can’t repair it.
