Belkin Bpb006bt Usb-c 10.000mah Powerbank

Bricked after 2 uses, will not recharge. No power indicator lights, not charging other devices or recharging at all. Disappointed.

I first bought this charger in a best buy for a plane trip and it was the best purchase I made. It's been with me everywhere from school trips to football games where my friend and i had to share on the bus ride to the dorm and I am dissapointed it's finally lost its use. I used it with my iphone 11 and than my iphone 15 when i switched over. It was able to last me around 1 and 1/2 full charges in it's prime but it did last me for around 2-3 years.

Purchased from Target and is now a brick after two uses. No longer holds a charge.

Awful. I bought 5 of the blue ones May 2026 and it’s such a mistake! I can’t use them with any of my current phone cords. It only charges with the USB A to C cord it comes with. The C port in the middle only works to charge it with only the cord it comes with , it won’t work for me to plug my apple C/lightening cord into, which is what I use to charge my phone; instead, the battery pack sucks the power OUT of my phone to charge itself! I can’t believe they are selling this defective product and apparently make it impossible to return, I can’t get a hold of customer service and I want to return all of these. The product page says the C port is in/out and it isn’t. I used the Belkin cord to plug into my iPad next, which has a C port, and the laptop shows the lightning bolt “charging” symbol but has stayed at 7% for an hour. This is totally useless! I may have to get my credit card company to charge back this purchase if belkin won’t respond for a direct refund.

I've always had good luck with Belkin chargers, this one is new to me the BPB012 which I purchased for an upcoming trip to Europe. So I will report back after that, however, it is fairly bulky/hefty and weight is more than I expected at 1 lb. I suppose I can do some light bicep curls with it? :)
