The metrics that can be measured are inaccurate by a long shot. It’s a gimmick. Only benefit is that this scale can track/save your weight in the app so you can track progress.

I think this is a way better way to understand your body composition more than looking at just a weight amount. Breaks down pretty accurately and nice to keep track of, however the Xiaomi app suggestions and metrics can sometimes be a bit off or too extreme. Also, takes AAA batteries and not rechargebale so make sure yoou get batteries too

I'm really impressed with this scale. It connected to the app quickly and was very easy to set up. I love that it tracks so much more than just my weight – it gives you a really good overview of your progress over time. The readings are quick and consistent, and the app is easy to understand. The only downside is that it tells you the truth! But that's motivation to keep going. Overall, it's an excellent product and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd definitely recommend it.
