Solar charging stopped working at 4 years old. Luckily i paid the jb extra care for extended warranty. Had to send 2 of the 4 camera's away to the repairer to get fixed. I'm yet to get them back.

I liked this system when it was working but 2 of the 4 cameras have died already for no reason. Reading around tells you it is a problem with this model. Battery can't be replaced and there is no hard reset button when the firmware has issues.

Awesome camera but plan on returning it due to the lack of cloud storage without a Homebase 3 (plus wifi, deeming the 4G feature irrelevant)

The S3 Pro camera kit and S380 Homebase were fine until automated firmware update make the batteries on the camera drain within a few days. This included the cameras with the external solar panel. The cameras were working fine for just over a year and because the cameras were out of warranty, Eufy provided absolutely no help to fix the problem they created with the update. The $1999 camera system is now unusable. After trying to fix this problem on my own, it seems a lot of people also have no joy from their customer service so buyer beware!

The eufy security system is so easy to use, has a great user interface, and runs without any problems. I particularly like this model because it's completely wireless and charges daily as long as it has adequate sun.
