Ubiquiti UniFi Switch USW Flex Mini (3-Pack)

Frankly, the Ubiquiti UniFi USW-FLEX-MINI is classic Ubiquiti: reliable, clean, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. As usual with this brand, the quality is there, and for the price, it's really great. And if you use it with a UniFi controller, you also get seamless management of all your devices. In short, it's a small switch that ticks all the boxes.

Pros- Works very well, and is in fact managed. Out of the box it does what it should as a dumb switch. Management console is free as far as I can tell Cons I had to spin up a unifi management server on a container on my proxmox instance. Not hard, but you need to know what you are doing to get the most out of the switch. My first unifi product.

If you are using a Unifi network, this little switch comes in handy for managing traffic through its ports. Easy to set up and POE power is useful to have. It may be an expensive choice if you just want a simple switch.
