Works well but be aware the power pack supply (which is separate from the switch) is BIGGER than the actual switch. Its ENORMOUS

Solid unit. I buy lots of these to replace 'other' brands. They are dependable in a business environment.

Switch is super small, lightweight and quiet (no fan). All ports are POE. I did not have any issues with the switch getting hot, vents on both sides.
