Panasonic KX-TU550 er en klaptelefon, der især er velegnet til ældre med sit enkle menu, store taster og klare 2,8-tommer skærm. Batteriet holder længe, og telefonen er stødsikker, hvilket giver ekstra tryghed. SOS-knappen er praktisk i nødsituationer, og håndfri opkald fungerer godt. Ulemper er manglende wifi, et svagt kamera og begrænset lagerplads. FM-radio og GPS mangler også, hvilket kan være et minus for nogle. Alt i alt er denne model bedst for dem, der ønsker enkelhed, sikkerhed og brugervenlighed.

Lovely little phone. Good quality sound. It was complicated to change the ringtone, customer service had to figure it out for me on YouTube, as there is no mention of it in the manual.

Compact. And easy to use. No chance of phone making accidental calls. Main function for my mums use when out and about to make urgent calls, get a taxi etc

Purchased the phone thinking it was like the Doro oldies phone however the interfacing software colour scheme is appalling light blue over white nice contrast NOT! And very small text but when you receive a text it's within a small white box with tiny text and NO ability to make text bigger. Getting over the fact the phone is not for the visually impaired it is in deed a dumb phone but the fact there is no way to enlarge the text is very poor, if that was implemented it would be a phone in competition with the Doro phones but slightly better made!
