The Honor 400 Pro 5G is a competitively-priced smartphone that plays it a little too safe. The hardware here swings above its weight class, but software is a little harder to live with.

Great phone with a great camera. I expected the camera to look more AI-processed, but it wasn’t bad at all—I actually quite like it. There’s a lot of customization, which I really enjoy. The battery life is excellent. Coming from Samsung phones, I’m very happy.
