This purchase has been one of the worst experiences of my life with regard to purchasing a product. I fault myself for not believing the old saying - "if it sounds too good to be true - it probably is." I will not go into detail as that will do me no good. I never authorized this new phone that was delivered to my home. 132 dollars was charged to my account by spectrum and new phone numbers were assigned to me. I know this makes no sense to you but I don’t know how else to explain it. I just need a real person to help me.

Have had issues with this phone since I activated it. Only getting 1 bar and dropped calls all the time. I get calls and can't carry on a conversation because they can't hear me or the call is broken and then dropped. ATT didn't do anything about it. Tried resetting settings and network for this phone and still doing it.
