Wireless charging did not work. Transfer from iPhone 14 very difficult. Poor customer service at Verizon.

It is more than I thought it would be - the ease of learning how to operate the phone is great. The camera has an outstanding performance.

Just ended up getting a bad "lemon" phone. Ordered 4 new phones. This one overheated and quit working properly after 4 days. Was purchased through AT&T. After numerous calls and trips to an Apple Store and AT&T, finally got it sorted out. But we are 100 miles from the nearest Apple Store. Got the run around between AT&T and Apple as they would say it was the other's problem. After purchasing 4 new phones and being an AT&T customer for 20+ years, I guess I expected better customer support.
