My Dad can’t use this phone and I am stuck with a high payment and a phone he can’t use! We don’t live near him.

I like the phone itself but I just got the phone and from the second day it was freezing. It wouldn't let me swipe up. I had to turn the phone off and back on in order to use it again. It has happened several times.

Absolute crap! I have had nothing but issues with storage and WiFi since I got it.

I’ve noticed some glitching more than usual. I’m definitely thinking about sending this phone back.
