Apple iPhone 14 256 GB Dual SIM (nano-SIM) – Starlight

The seller advertised iPhone 14 Pro but I received an iPhone 14 also the phone had some scratches on the camera battery percentage %76.

The phone never worked. Several phone calls to try to activate the phone, all escalated. No one could get it to work. Several scheduled calls to tech support that never happened. After two calls initiated by myself, and going into a Verizon store it was determined there was something wrong with the phone. It is being returned and a different model purchased.

I ordered a new iPhone 14 and received a used one from Starbucks. I have returned it and am waiting to order a new one

Product is fine, but poor communication from The Good Guys. Ordered an online phone and for at least months I couldn’t get my delivery done. I was always the one to approach them asking for updates, apparently they didn’t have in stock - which is fine, but communicate and give me a solution. After 2 months, called again and a lady found out a way to get me the phone I ordered.
