Poor quality, material wore away after a month, very disappointing. Wast of money and not surprised to see all other comments are the same. Save your money and purchase something else not samsung.

Buying brand, not quality. Premium cost. Cheap product. Front case snapped after 4 months. Save your money and buy a more robust aftermarket product.

Looks and feels uniquely premium - but that's pretty much it. After two weeks, the front cover piece easily cracked on the bottom left corner, and the edges (around the hinge) started fading away revealing the inner material of the case. And all of this occurring without dropping it, nor exposing it dirt and grime (completely babied). Definitely not worth it at this price and I can make an educated assumption that this product was not tested thoroughly enough to simulate real world use. The other functional disappointment is the front case uses medium-strength adhesive to stay on the phone, despite some third party cases using micro-grooves instead and eliminating the need to use any adhesive at all. Only good thing was reviving a full refund for a defective product, and I encourage anyone else out there with this case to do the same when it ends up like mine. The return window is (I believe) 6 months, and I'm confident it will have some form of issues like mine in under 2 months.

The wrap around case for the front screen sits out about 2 or 3mm which makes swiping from the edge of the screen impossible. Its like whoever designed this case never even tried it. The back cover is great but provides no protection for the front screen without the front case which unusable. Bring back the flip case from the Fold 2 and 3. It was the best case for a folding phone.

This case uses adhesive to stick to the phone. The back panel slides about. The adhesive leaves a residue on the front screen as well as once the adhesive wears down and attracts dust, lint (which is not hard with general use) just everything will stick to it. This case was not made with proper phone care in mind the case will be useless so this is not made with longevity or any real protection. It will scratch insanely easily and I want my money back as I basically paid for a piece of plastic with a Samsung logo on it. my fault for trusting a company to have its buyers best interest in mind.
