super microwave - easy to use. I had read about it slipping on a surface from a previous review - it does so I placed safety feet on it.

Can't comment on functionality of the microwave but the practicality was the problem as my plates were too small.

I remember years ago Beko being a definite "budget" brand to stay away from (all cheap finishes and not made to last) but this microwave is actually surprisingly good. Its very smart in appearance with an almost mirrored door (you can see to a certain extent the contents of the microwave when it's cooking) and a limited number of controls compared to the varied functions (I hate too many buttons!) Despite its compact size it takes a large Denby plate although my large microwave plate cover (which we generally use when cooking fish for the cat, or bacon, or anything else that spits a lot) which overhangs the sides of the plate is too large. It comes with a decent instruction manual, and has a very visible display plus a digital timer which can operate separately to the microwave. A good mid-range microwave!
