Beurer EM 59 Tens/EMS Elektroder

We have bought several of these power units and they all work fantastic if you never tried one before you have to get one. I use them for managing my knee pain and also to help strengthen muscles, my wife uses it to help with her digestion. This also has a heat feature which is great you won't find that on other tens units. These are a little more expensive than the others but well worth it, we've tried the others and they don't compare. Highly recommend you try these out.

I love it, once I figured out the details. A better detailed chart in proper electrode placement would've been helpful - I ended up finding something in the Internet.

This machine has both EMS and TENS options and it is great! My mother uses the TENS option for muscle pain/dystonia she has with Parkinson's disease and it really helps. We couldn't find the gel patches in Canada for purchase and Beurer customer service promptly helped me. I also purchased gel patches from other providers and they worked great (even those that weren't the exact same size of the pads).

This thing was great for about the first year. Then the one set of pads has become weaker and weaker even at 50 it's barely noticeable. I've tried replacing pads to fix it but I think the cord is the issue. There is no option to just replace the cord and I think that ridiculous. Id pay to be able to get just that over having to buy a whole new set. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise
