It's very quiet and efficient. Only negative would be that it is slow.

Very quiet compared to my last shredder! Used for 5 mins continuously and no issue shredding 5 pages at a time.

Product page details state it has a lifetime warranty. Manufacturer's insert says 2 years. Asked Amazon for clarification. It it is not lifetime which is stated on the product detail page, back it goes.
