Cheap means you get what you paid for. Very slow, does not cross cut, produces long skinny paper that could be easily put together for the enterprising ID thief. Adequate shredder for home use. Does not stay on, so you have to hit power before you feed every time.

Shredder is very quite. Love that it shreds credit cards and disks separately.

DOES NOT CUT CROSS CUT. IT CUTS IN STRIPS AND OVERHEATS AFTER 5 MINUTES. CANNOT FEED 10 SHEETS IN FEEDER WITHOUT IT STRUGGLING TO FEED PAPER IN SHREDDER. ONLY 4 SHEETS AT TIME

I have a lot of shredders but this one looks and feel more professional. The quality construction and the smooth operation make this shredder a 5 stars. Thanks!
