I have returned this product due to you have to lift the motor off of the container in order to dump the shredded paper. According to the pictures it seems that the container pulls out under the motor to dump. Since this was not the case, I have returned this model and ordered a TRU RED shredder that the container pulls out making it easier to discard the shredded paper
