My kid received the product and got rid of the box. Now, I cannot get a refund, because the process requires it under the devolution of the product (which makes sense). Long story short, product came defective. I even changed to battery as manual advise.

Terrible. Two cells were dead in the display. An 8 looked like a 9 with the lower left cell dead. In another spot, an 8 looked like a 6 with it’s upper right cell missing. Absolute garbage.

Ordered two. One had a line of dead pixels, obscuring the numbers. The other worked perfectly for two weeks and then broke. Not worth it.
