I use these whilst attempting C25K. They're good for both walking and running.

This is the second pair of supernova trainers I’ve had with the dreamstrike sole. Each pair has quickly lost their bounce/cushioning. Although, I weigh 15-16st and run between 15-30 km a week, but each was generally used in rotation with a second pair of trainers. I used to swear by the supernova line, but the increase in price and drop in quality has put me off. I’ll spend the extra on the Ultraboost 5 now.

I always buy a size bigger with Adidas. Light weight and comfortable. Last adidas runners I bought which were Falcon 5tr only lasted 6 months. These were double the price so hopefully will last.

I find them comfortable from day 1, this is my 3rd pair.

These are so light and comfortable. Have been running in Runfalcon 5 for 15k plus. Feet were a bit sore post run, but not with these. So much more room in the toe area and slightly wider, but still fit perfectly. No need for me to size up as other reviewers have said, they fit great, and not at all narrow in the toe are as with my other Adidas footwear. Brilliant, thoroughly recommend them for longer runs.
