I was excited to get this and start using it, But when i opened this NEW item, The boxing inside was for sure not in NEW condition. 2ND, there was GRASS in the plastic with the machine, so i was not even going to start and try and use it with grass inside the plastic. 3RD there was another shipping label with an address for a person in Los Vegas Nevada, I live in Kansas City Missouri. Needless to say, it was returned UPDATE 9/10/2020 Got my 2nd one today, It has grass in the box AGAIN, what a waste, this box is not new either
