I have the same suitcase and simply wanted another one to make a set. Have travelled with it to and fro internationally has been the perfect companion especially as it weighs less than most large suitcases.

The four-zip gimmick is a nuisance. One of the outer zips is now completely stuck, making it impossible to open the case fully. It is only two months old. How do I get it replaced?

It's a nice carry on size case which also matches my larger one of the same make perfectly.
