I regularly use daily microfoliant and also superfoliant. I first ordered milkfoliant as a fan of Dermalogica products. I thought it was right to experiment with milkfoliant. I see that it foams less and gets less volume when dissolved with water. It is not rough. It creates a velvety and smooth texture, unlike the other two types of exfoliating powders. I cannot judge its effectiveness. I will incorporate it into my routine.

I've only tried it once but so far I love it. Less intense than the daily microfoliant, but still does the job.
