I’m very happy I bought this headset! The sound quality is great, it’s comfortable to wear, and it works exactly as I hoped. It’s a great headset for gaming, and I would definitely recommend it to others

This is actually the sister of. I bought this as a gift for my sister and the microphone is poor, her voice comes in and out while other times not at all. I have tried calling customer support, email and using their website. . no help really. Customer support told go back to there Ai chat bot website that just take you in circles. Been left with no answer for over a week now

It has decent sound quality and relatively comfortable. There is some popping here and there and idk if it’s the headset or the games or the cord. Microphone is also pretty on. It isn’t expensive so I’m not expecting grand high quality but it works well for what I do
