Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu! er et tilgængeligt, visuelt tiltalende genudgivelse af Pokémon Yellow, især rettet mod nye og yngre spillere, men også sjovt for gamle fans. Det store plus er, at du nu ser Pokémon løbe rundt i verdenen, så du selv vælger, hvem du møder—ingen irriterende tilfældige kampe. Fangstmekanikken fungerer som i Pokémon Go, med bevægelsesstyring, der dog ikke altid er præcis. Spillet ser smukt ud med farverig grafik og sjove detaljer, men historien og udfordringen er enklere end i ældre Pokémon-spil. Co-op-spil er muligt, hvilket gør spillet ekstra egnet til familier. Desværre er menuerne nogle gange langsomme, og Pokédexen er begrænset til Kanto. For hardcore-fans kan spillet være for let og lidt nyt, men for begyndere eller børn er det en perfekt indføring i Pokémon-universet.

There was a bit of changes in this game compared to original. 1 of them was the battling. U only battle other trainers and gym leaders while catching pokemon to level up. It did make it easy to level up and go through the game fast.

It wasn't what I was expecting. I expected an updated version of my childhood game but with only the option to catch wild pokemon it was disappointing. My kids liked it so it was ok

I would give this a 5 star but the game does not have an auto save and I lost a whole 2 and a half hours of gameplay. Other than this, the game is addicting and makes the time go by quickly because it sucks you in so much!!
