Dead or Alive: Dimensions til 2DS/3DS byder på mange figurer, spiltyper og hurtig, let gameplay. Styringen er nem, så både nye og erfarne spillere kan være med. Uden 3D kører spillet glat med 60fps, men med 3D falder billedhastigheden tydeligt. Chronicle-tilstanden giver et godt overblik over historien, selvom den kan virke kliché og forvirrende. Online-delen fungerer, men mangler rematch og lobby. Der er også kritik af stereotyper og engelsk stemmeskuespil. Alt i alt en stærk brawler til fans af serien.

Dead or alive est un jeu très amusant, l'action ne manque pas. L'effet 3D de la 3DS fonctionne parfaitement.

Out of all the games I played, this one is seriously the best with 3d graphics production. It totally maxes out the 3d capabilities of the 3ds, and produced several "wow" moments with the intensity of the graphical sfx.
