This hob is sleek in design and safe as it let's me know if I am not paying attention to my cooking.I can use a tiny fraction of it(which is frequently),or cook on all of it when visitors are hungry.Functionality ranges from simple (my favourite,)to more varied.

This is a lovely sleek product that works really well. Although confusing when setting a Timer. Which is a great function for cooking. Also feel the heat gradient between 5 to 7 heat out seems differential. But thats not a big issue. Still love it and looks great next to the Tappenyaki plate :)

Great induction hob, just the right size. We added into a kitchen island to supplement an electric Aga that takes an age to heat up. The zone system is easy to use and adds flexibility for cooking multiple items in parallel. Looks good, easy to clean. Wouldn't be without it - used every day!

This induction hob is useless. It only starts to melt butter at settings above 5. Settings below 5 cannot do a thing. Cooking is only possible at setting 8 or 9, the maximum which is too high. The boost works, and you cannot use it to cook anything for more than a few seconds else your cooking will be burnt to cinders. What this essentially means is that you don't have a range of temperature control you would expect - more like three settings simmer, medium and boost. I am on my second one as I had the first one replaced as I thought I was just unlucky and got a faulty product. This is my first time of buying Siemens and it will certainly be the last!

Disappointed with the kitchen timer function compared to our previous hob. Audible signal very quiet and only lasts 10 seconds so easy to miss. Signal on our previous hob timer was very loud and lasted for a minute or more. Otherwise ok.
