I use the lens as my walk-around lens most of the time, especially when I will be in low light situations at night or indoors. Able to use low ISOs and can capture very crisp images that are better than my f2.8 20-40 zoom albeit with the slight restriction of it being a prime lens so a bit more effort on my part occasionally.

Purchased for my M1Mk2. No matter which camera Brand/System Ive owned, Ive always had a fast 50 FOV for it. This lens is absolutely excellent. Crisp and clean images. Nice bokeh when desired. Superbly built. If I had to choose my desert island lens, it would easily be other this one or the Oly 12-40.

It had been several years since I'd owned a lens with an aperture larger than 2.8. With Olympus offering $200 off the regular price, and after much going back and forth between the 25/1.2 and 17/1.2, I decided on the 25 for versatility in my style of shooting. Coming from Canon, the physical size of this lens is just right on E-M1ii, and I often use it without the battery grip on the body. Images produced with this lens are sharp, contrasty, and color faithful. The bokeh at f1.2 is insanely beautiful to my eyes. Although I haven't had a chance yet to shoot street portraits with it, I'm looking forward to doing so in the very near future. I'll try to share some images if possible.

The best MFT lens I have ever used. The images are so sharp. I uploaded a test image of my cat to show what can be done taken with a GH5. I think with a higher end camera this thing would be incredible. The build quality is top notch as well. High price though.
